KAN Mentors

KAN aims to develop future leaders in education and social impact who feel part of a wider community and have increased opportunities thanks to the experiences and skills they develop through their commitment to the role.

Our undergraduate mentors are at the core of KAN. They are the link between any meet-up day or residential week and student success. By being a consistent point of contact with KAN students the mentor-mentee bond that develops over the four years is unique.

The recruitment round for this year has now closed.

If you have any questions about becoming a KAN mentor or any other aspects of the programme, please email kanuap@sevenoaksschool.org

“It's amazing how close you get to feel to other mentors and the mentees even though you only see each other a few times a year. Everyone makes the effort to make sure no one is left out, and it really makes all the difference. We really get to bond with each other over the course of a residential. ”

KAN Mentor

“Working as a mentor for KAN has been one of the most valuable experiences of my life. I love connecting with the students and I’ve also gained lots of important skills myself.”
